When Aubrie was born, we took Evan to pick out a Build-A-Bear that we put the sound of her heartbeat in. We didn't do that for Evan when I was pregnant with him, so he has one with the sound of him laughing (it's really adorable!). So we continued the tradition for Elise and took the kids to Build-A-Bear to pick out a stuffed animal and put her heartbeat in.
The kids had a blast picking out a cute pink teddy bear, stuffing it, and putting wished inside. It was hard getting pictures of them because they were really into what they were doing, as well as trying to talk us into buying stuff for them. :)
Now Elise has a teddy bear with the sound of her heartbeat waiting for her arrival! We'll take it to the hospital as a gift from the kids. We are so excited to meet this little one!
